The SciJava infrastructure is not yet smart enough to handle them.
The latest releases of these components should work with ImageJ 1.54p.

This PR adds versions for the ** modules within the SciJava monorepo, namely:
The modules that were left out (SciJava Discovery Test, SciJava Ops Benchmarks, SciJava Ops Ext Parser, SciJava Ops Tutorial) are not meant for downstream code consumption.
